1. Introduction
RevenueLift is a Shopify app installed by a merchant onto their own store. This page covers the app and this website. It does not replace the privacy policy your store shows to its customers.
You remain responsible for how your store handles shopper data. RevenueLift uses store and offer data so the app can run for you.
2. Information we collect
From your Shopify store
Shopify shows the full permission list before install. The app reads store data to build and serve offers:
- Products, variants, collections, and inventory. So you can pick what an offer shows, and so widgets can show current prices, images, and availability.
- Discounts. To create and manage discounts an offer uses, and to attach a discount code to the announcement bar when you set that up.
- Orders. To attribute conversions and revenue to offers, and to add a post-purchase item to an order that was just placed.
- Themes. To check whether the app embed and theme app blocks are active, so setup status in admin is accurate.
- Markets, locales, and selling plans. To show currency, translations, and subscription options correctly.
- Customer-related access. Only when an offer needs visitor context (for example announcement bar rules by device, location, or customer). We do not build customer profiles from this.
What we store
- Store record. Shop identifier, store details Shopify provides at install, currency, and app preferences such as store-wide custom CSS.
- Offer configuration. Everything you set in the offer editor.
- Analytics. Daily counts of views, clicks, declines, and conversions, plus attributed revenue, per offer and per product. Order IDs may be stored so the same order is not counted twice.
- Billing record. Subscription status, trial end date, monthly order count, and charge history, used for the correct tier through Shopify Billing.
- Session data. The access token Shopify issues at install, so the app can call the Shopify API for your store.
On the storefront
Widgets record that an offer was seen or clicked. Those events become counts per offer and per product.
For post-purchase offers, a short-lived order reference is kept so the purchase can attach to the order just placed. Those references expire within about 24 hours.
When you contact us
Live chat (this site or inside the app) and email to revenuelift.info@gmail.com include the message you send and any email or store details you share, so we can reply.
3. How we use it
- Run offer widgets, theme blocks, and checkout extensions.
- Create and manage discounts for your offers.
- Show analytics and apply billing tiers.
- Show theme setup status in admin.
- Answer support questions.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only as needed to run the product:
- Shopify. The platform the app runs on and bills through.
- Crisp. Live chat on this site and from Help inside the app.
- Email. Support and transactional mail from revenuelift.info@gmail.com.
5. Cookies
This marketing site does not need an account. The Crisp chat widget may set cookies so chat can load and continue. We do not run separate marketing analytics pixels here.
You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking chat cookies may stop the widget from working.
6. Retention
We keep store and offer data while the app is installed and as needed to provide the service.
When you uninstall, the app marks the store as uninstalled and deletes stored offers, analytics, and billing records for that store. Offers stop showing because they run through the theme app embed, theme app blocks, and checkout extensions. They do not leave markup behind in your theme files.
A shop record may remain after uninstall so a reinstall can be recognized. Post-purchase order references expire within about 24 hours. Chat history follows our live chat provider and is kept only as needed to help you.
The app registers Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks (customer data request, customer redaction, and shop redaction). Shoppers should ask the merchant about store customer data. Merchants who need a store-level request handled should contact us so we can confirm it.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, and we rely on Shopify and our hosting environment. No system is fully secure.
8. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for privacy laws that apply to their stores, including clear notices to customers and any consents required for how the store collects and uses customer data.
9. Your rights
If you are a shopper, contact the merchant about your customer data. RevenueLift does not replace the merchant's process for storefront customers.
If you are a merchant, contact us with your store domain about data we hold for your install, or any privacy question about the app or this site.
10. Changes
We may update this page when practices or legal needs change. The new version will appear here with an updated last reviewed date.
11. Contact
For questions or a data request for your store, use on this site or inside the app, or email revenuelift.info@gmail.com. Include your store domain so we can match the right install.
